These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of www.womenwhoemerge.com, including member areas, digital content, events, programs, coaching services, products, memberships, the Listening Room, and other services offered by Women Who Emerge.
Throughout these Terms, "Women Who Emerge," "we," "us," and "our" refer to Women Who Emerge. "You" and "your" refer to the person accessing the website, creating an account, making a purchase, registering for an event, or using our products or services.
By accessing this website, creating an account, purchasing a product or service, registering for an event, or using any Women Who Emerge content, you agree to these Terms.
If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use the website or purchase our products or services.
1. About Women Who Emerge
Women Who Emerge is a Georgia-based business offering experiences, education, community, digital content, events, coaching, books, music, products, and other resources related to personal transformation, emergence, identity, agency, wellbeing, and personal development.
Our offerings may include both free and paid experiences.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to create a purchasing account or independently purchase services from Women Who Emerge unless otherwise stated.
By making a purchase, you represent that:
The information you provide is accurate.
You are legally authorized to use the payment method provided.
You have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement.
3. Member Accounts
Certain areas of the website may require you to create a member account.
You are responsible for:

Your member account is intended for your personal use.

4. The Radiant Woman Listening Room
Access to The Radiant Woman Listening Room and similar private digital experiences is granted only to individuals who have purchased or otherwise been granted qualifying access.
Your purchase grants you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to access the Listening Room for your own private use.
Your access does not transfer ownership of any music, recording, written content, artwork, reflection, journal prompt, photograph, design, or other intellectual property contained within the Listening Room.
Unless we expressly state otherwise in writing, you may not:
Share your login with another person.
Give another person access through your account.
Copy or redistribute audio files.
Upload recordings to another website or platform.
Post full songs or recordings on social media.
Record, reproduce, or redistribute guided audio.
Sell, sublicense, or commercially exploit any Listening Room content.
Extract content for use in another product, course, program, app, website, podcast, video, or commercial project.
Remove copyright, branding, attribution, or ownership notices.
Any downloadable material specifically provided to you for download remains for your personal, non-commercial use only, unless we expressly state otherwise.
5. Intellectual Property
The content of the Women Who Emerge website and associated experiences is protected intellectual property.
This may include:
The Women Who Emerge name and branding.
Logos and visual identity.
Original music.
Lyrics.
Audio recordings.
Spoken reflections.
Videos.
Written materials.
Journal prompts.
Frameworks and methodologies.
Course materials.
Workshop content.
Books and excerpts.

Photographs.
Designs.
Event materials.
Digital downloads.

Program names and concepts.
Unless otherwise indicated, this content is owned by Women Who Emerge, Dr. Karla Hylton Dixon, its licensors, or other applicable rights holders.
Nothing on this website grants you ownership of our intellectual property.
You may access and use our content only for your personal use unless we provide written permission for another use.
6. Copyright and Original Music
Music available through Women Who Emerge, including music presented in the Listening Room, remains protected by applicable copyright and intellectual property rights.
Purchasing access to music does not give you the right to:
Redistribute it.
Upload it to another service.
Use it as background music in commercial videos.
Perform it commercially.
License it to another person.
Sell copies.
Incorporate it into another recording.
Create or distribute derivative commercial works.
Use it in advertising or promotional campaigns.
Any public performance, commercial synchronization, licensing, reproduction, or other commercial use requires separate written permission from the applicable rights holder.
7. Purchases
Prices for products, events, memberships, digital experiences, programs, and services are displayed on the website or communicated to you before purchase.
Prices may change at any time for future purchases.
A price change does not alter a completed purchase unless otherwise required by law.
Applicable taxes, shipping charges, or other charges may be added where appropriate and disclosed during the purchasing process.
We reserve the right to correct genuine pricing or descriptive errors.
8. Digital Products and Digital Access
Digital products and access-based experiences may include:
Listening Room access.
Music.
Audio.
Videos.

Workbooks.
Journals.
Downloadable materials.

Member-only resources.
Because digital access may be made available immediately after purchase, digital purchases are generally final and non-refundable once access has been provided, except where required by applicable law or where Women Who Emerge determines that an error occurred.
If you experience a technical problem preventing access to something you legitimately purchased, please contact us so that we can attempt to restore access.
A technical access problem does not automatically create a right to a refund if the purchased material remains available and the issue can reasonably be corrected.
9. Physical Products
Women Who Emerge may offer physical products including books, journals, fragrance products, diffusers, accessories, merchandise, or other items.
If an item arrives:

Incorrect,
please contact us within a reasonable period after delivery and provide photographs or other information reasonably necessary to review the issue.
Any return, exchange, or refund policy specifically displayed on a product page or during checkout forms part of these Terms and controls for that product.
Shipping times may vary depending on product availability, carrier conditions, destination, and other circumstances outside our direct control.
10. Events and Event Tickets
Women Who Emerge may host luncheons, workshops, salons, gatherings, conferences, tables, book events, performances, and other in-person or virtual experiences.
Unless the specific event page states otherwise, event registrations and tickets are non-refundable.
If Women Who Emerge cancels an event, we may provide a refund, credit, rescheduled experience, or other remedy appropriate to the circumstances.
If an event is postponed or materially changed, we will communicate available options where appropriate.
We are not responsible for a guest's:
Travel expenses.
Hotel expenses.
Transportation.
Parking expenses.
Lost wages.
Personal arrangements.
Other incidental expenses related to attending an event.
Event programs, performers, speakers, venues, schedules, or activities may occasionally change.
Reasonable program changes do not automatically entitle an attendee to a refund.
11. Photography, Video, and Recording at Events
Women Who Emerge events may be photographed, filmed, or recorded.
By attending an event where notice of photography or recording is provided, you acknowledge that photographs, video, or audio may be captured in shared event spaces.
Women Who Emerge may use general event photography and video for purposes including:
Website content.
Social media.
Marketing.
Promotional materials.
Recaps.
Educational materials.
Media coverage.
Where an individual interview, testimonial, featured portrait, or other substantial use requires additional permission, we may request separate consent where appropriate.
If you have concerns about appearing in event photography, please notify an event representative when practical.
12. Coaching and Personal Development Services
Women Who Emerge may offer coaching, mentoring, personal development, educational, or transformation-focused services.
These services are intended to support reflection, personal development, decision-making, agency, and growth.
They are not a substitute for professional medical, psychiatric, psychological, legal, financial, or other licensed professional services.
Unless a service is expressly provided by an appropriately licensed professional acting in that professional capacity, Women Who Emerge services should not be interpreted as:
Medical treatment.
Mental health treatment.
Psychotherapy.
Diagnosis.
Emergency intervention.
Legal advice.
Financial advice.
You remain responsible for your own decisions, actions, health care, relationships, finances, and life choices.
If you require medical, psychological, psychiatric, legal, or financial services, you should consult an appropriately qualified professional.
13. No Guarantee of Results
Personal transformation is individual.
Women Who Emerge does not guarantee that participation in a program, event, coaching relationship, course, workshop, digital experience, or other offering will produce a particular personal, emotional, professional, financial, relationship, health, or other outcome.
Testimonials, stories, examples, and participant experiences represent individual experiences and should not be interpreted as guarantees of future results.
Your results may vary.
14. Educational and Scientific Content
Women Who Emerge may discuss subjects related to biology, neuroscience, psychology, stress, adaptation, trauma, wellbeing, behavior, personal development, and transformation.
Such content is provided for educational and informational purposes.
Scientific concepts may be used to explain or illuminate broader ideas about human experience and transformation.
Nothing presented through Women Who Emerge should be interpreted as individualized medical diagnosis or treatment.
15. Personal Responsibility
You are responsible for determining whether a Women Who Emerge product, event, program, service, or experience is appropriate for you.
Some content may involve reflection on subjects such as:
Loss.
Relationships.
Identity.
Emotional pain.
Trauma.
Change.
Recovery.
Personal history.
You may choose whether and how deeply to participate in reflective activities.
You are encouraged to seek appropriate professional support when needed.
16. Booking and Appointment Policies
Coaching sessions, consultations, private experiences, and other appointments may have specific scheduling, cancellation, lateness, rescheduling, or no-show policies.
Any policy presented when you book a service becomes part of your agreement for that booking.
Repeated cancellations, missed appointments, abusive conduct, or misuse of booking systems may result in restrictions on future bookings.

If Women Who Emerge offers a recurring subscription or automatically renewing membership, the applicable purchase page will identify material terms such as:

Whether the plan renews automatically.
How the plan may be canceled.
Any trial or promotional period.
By purchasing a recurring plan, you authorize the stated recurring charges until the subscription is canceled according to the applicable terms.
If an offering is a one-time purchase, you will not be charged recurring fees unless you separately agree to a recurring arrangement.

Seriously inconsistent with the integrity of the experience.
Where removal results from a serious violation of these Terms, a refund may not be provided.
21. Confidentiality in Group Experiences
We encourage participants in group experiences to respect the privacy of others and not disclose personal stories shared by other participants.
However, Women Who Emerge cannot guarantee that other participants will maintain confidentiality.
You should use your own judgment when deciding what personal information to share in a group setting.
22. Third-Party Services and Links
Our website may contain links to or integrations with third-party services.
These may include:
Wix.
Payment processors.
Social media platforms.
Video platforms.
Retailers.
Ticketing services.
External websites.
We do not control third-party services and are not responsible for their availability, content, policies, privacy practices, or security.

If Women Who Emerge does not immediately enforce a provision of these Terms, that does not mean we permanently waive our right to enforce it.

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any specific terms presented at the time you purchase or register for a particular product, service, event, membership, or program, form the agreement between you and Women Who Emerge regarding your use of those offerings.
Where specific purchase terms conflict with these general Terms, the more specific terms generally control for that particular transaction.
