Women Who Emerge Inc. is committed to creating tangible, scalable programs that guide women from survival into sovereignty. We don't just offer inspiration—we provide structured pathways, authentic community, and proven tools for lasting transformation.

2026 Initiatives

Inaugural Women Who Emerge Luncheon When: May 2026 Where: Atlanta, Georgia Expected Attendance: 200-300 women A full-day transformational gathering marking the official launch of the Women Who Emerge movement. This isn't a conference—it's a catalyst for change. What's Included: Keynote address by Dr. Karla Hylton Dixon on emergence and sovereignty Interactive workshop: From Survival to Sovereignty Small group emergence circles with trained facilitators Resource fair connecting women to mental health, legal, and community support Community meal and authentic connection time Take-home emergence toolkit The Impact: Creates the founding cohort of women who emerged together, establishing the foundation for a global movement and demonstrating that emergence is possible, powerful, and supported. How Sponsorship Helps: Funds venue, professional event production, catering, materials, accessibility accommodations, and scholarships for women who couldn't otherwise attend.

Book Distribution Initiative Goal: 500 free copies to underserved communities Value: $7,500 total impact Partners: Women's shelters, domestic violence centers, counseling organizations, community centers Many women who most need the message of emergence cannot afford to purchase books. We're partnering with community organizations to place The Woman Who Emerged in the hands of women experiencing crisis, trauma, and transition. Where Books Go: Women's shelters and safe houses Domestic violence support centers Community mental health clinics Faith-based women's ministries Re-entry programs for formerly incarcerated women College campus women's centers The Impact: Provides framework and language for emergence to women in crisis, extends reach beyond those who can afford programs, and demonstrates commitment to serving underserved populations. How Sponsorship Helps: Covers cost of books, shipping, and coordination with partner organizations. Sponsors may be recognized in donated books as supporters of women's emergence.

Free Resource Library Launch: Q2 2026 Platform: Website downloads + email series Expected Reach: 1,000+ women in Year 1 A comprehensive online library of free, downloadable resources to support women at every stage of their emergence journey. No registration fee, no barriers—just tools for transformation. Available Resources: Emergence Assessment Tool - Identify where you are in your journey Emotional Regulation Toolkit - Practical exercises for managing trauma responses Boundary-Setting Workbook - Step-by-step guide to reclaiming authority Voice Restoration Exercises - Writing prompts and reflection questions Curated Reading Lists - Books on trauma, healing, and leadership Printable Affirmation Cards - Daily encouragement for your journey Discussion Guides - For book clubs using The Woman Who Emerged The Impact: Provides immediate, accessible support to women who find us online, extends reach beyond event attendees, and demonstrates commitment to serving all women regardless of ability to pay. How Sponsorship Helps: Funds graphic design and professional formatting, website hosting and bandwidth, ongoing content development, and future translation into multiple languages.

Scholarship Fund Goal: 25 full scholarships for inaugural luncheon Value: $5,000 total impact Financial barriers should never prevent a woman from accessing emergence support. Our scholarship fund ensures that women experiencing financial hardship can attend our inaugural luncheon and future events. Who Qualifies: Women demonstrating financial need Commitment to personal emergence journey Willingness to engage authentically in community The Impact: Removes economic barriers to participation, creates diverse and inclusive community, and demonstrates that this movement serves ALL women regardless of financial status. How Sponsorship Helps: Every $200 provides one woman full access to the inaugural luncheon, materials, meals, and resources. Founding Partners directly fund scholarships at scale.

Quarterly Emergence Tables Schedule: Four gatherings in 2026 (March, June, September, December) Format: 2 hour working lunch session Capacity: 30 women per session What Happens: Welcome and community check-in (15 minutes) Teaching segment on emergence topic (30 minutes) Lunch Workshop activity (30 minutes) Q&A and resource sharing (15 minutes) 2026 Topics: Q1: Understanding Emergence - What It Is and Why It Matters Q2: Emotional Regulation After Trauma Q3: Restoring Your Voice and Authority Q4: From Survival to Sovereignty - Making the Shift The Impact: Creates national community regardless of location, provides ongoing support between major events, and makes the movement accessible to women who cannot attend in-person gatherings. How Sponsorship Helps: Covers lunch, promotional materials, facilitator compensation, tech support.

LOOKING AHEAD: OUR VISION FOR GROWTH

While 2026 focuses on establishing our foundation, we're already planning for sustainable expansion:

2027 Goals: Launch 3-5 local chapters in the Southeast (Atlanta, Charlotte, Nashville, Birmingham) Train 15-20 women as certified facilitators to lead emergence circles Host our first annual Women Who Emerge Summit with 500+ attendees Partner with corporations to bring workplace emergence workshops Begin research partnership with university to measure our impact
