Inside The Emergent Tables
Format & Frequency: The Emergent Tables convene once every two months as a three-hour curated experience. Each gathering is intentionally limited to 20 participants to preserve depth, safety, and meaningful engagement.
Structure of the Experience: Each Table follows a guided arc designed to move participants from reflection into clarity:

Opening Orientation – Establishing tone, intention, and psychological safety

Guided Dialogue – Facilitated conversation centered on identity, leadership, and emergence

Teaching Moment – A focused, evidence-informed insight delivered by the facilitator
